Shipping Policy
Processing
We have an average 1-4 business days turn around for processing time + shipping. Our custom or most popular items may take up to 7 business days to process and ship. We know your order is important to you, so we are always working hard to make sure we get your order out in a timely manner.
Processing Time is up to 4 business days excluding Holidays, Processing time IS NOT shipping time, shipping time is defined as the transit time it takes the package to reach you once it leaves our facility.
Shipping Costs
Shipping & Handling costs are non-refundable (this is the cost we charge to process, fulfill, and ship your order). For any return, we will offer a refund or a store credit but not the cost of shipping and handling.
Combined Shipping
Please note that items & orders are automatically combined to ship whenever possible. Shipping & Handling may be charged on all individual orders placed. When separate orders are combined and shipped no Shipping & Handling charges will be waived. To avoid multiple Shipping & Handling charges please place one order instead of multiple orders.
