Returns/Exchanges
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. EXCHANGE POLICY AT THE BOTTOM of the page.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. IF the item is altered in any way we will no longer be able to issue a store credit, refund or replacement. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your request, complete with your preference of store credit or refund, we will email you a return label to be printed by the customer. Please repackage your order securely and ensure it is taped properly. After we receive the merchandise, we will determine if it is eligible for approval. If approved a store credit or refund will be issued.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email Dakota@wildflowersandrust.com Subject-Damaged items. Please begin body of email with order # followed by a photo and brief description of the issue, so we may evaluate and issue a store credit or refund. IF the item is altered in any way we will no longer be able to issue a store credit, refund or replacement.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as worn items or if tags have been removed. So please ensure they are in the same condition you received them in. If we receive the items without tags we cannot resell them. You will be charged for the original order if this happens.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom orders (including, but not limited to orders with names on them) or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. And email us and we can issue a refund once we receive the other item back.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

LOST PACKAGES
Once your package has been shipped and received by USPS, FedEx or UPS It is now the responsibility of the carrier. Wildflowers and Rust is NOT responsible for any delivery delays that may occur. Please make sure all orders are shipped to a secure address, If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier Wildflowers and Rust is no longer responsible. If you have a problem receiving your package it's best to contact the shipping carrier as they will be able to track your package and provide the best information.
USPS has a waiting period of 15 days before a claim can be filed. Filing a claim with USPS is the responsibility of the buyer, the buyer will need the invoice and tracking number to file.
